Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend

Yield: 1/2 cup

Add 2-3 teaspoons to oatmeal, pancakes, your morning coffee (put it in with the coffee grinds), roasted squash, pork chops, sauteed apples or smoothies.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 ½ tablespoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons allspice
  • 2 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 2 teaspoons ground mace
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix spices together in a small bowl.
  2. Transfer to and store in a mason jars in a dark cabinet for 3 months.
