March is National Nutrition Month! The perfect time to check what's on your plate-

  • Is it balanced?

  • Are the foods unprocessed?
  • Who prepared the food?
  • Where did the food come from?
  • Did you appreciate the aromas?
  • Does it taste good?
  • Will your food choices move you closer to your goals?
